FAQ
- Q1. There are at least a 2 days, 1 night stay on site during screening process. Will I have reimbursement for travel and accommodation?
- Candidate will be responsible for his or her own travel and accommodation (no reimbursement).
- Q2. What will I do during work trial?
- Candidate will be working directly within relevant areas inside PDAS. For example, assisting in data analysis of test flights, conducting test-fire experiment, assembling avionics components, write flight control program, conduct case study for spaceport, etc.
- Q3. Will I be relocated outside headquarters? If yes, where would I be relocated?
- Candidate may have to relocate for a period of time to conduct testing. However, possibility for permanent posting outside R&D Center is low.
- Q4. What kind of benefits is offered?
- Social insurance and Employee’s Pension Insurance available.
- Q5. Where is the location of employment
- You will be assigned to PD Aerospace R&D Center (Minato Honmachi, Hekinan City, Aichi Prefecture).
We plan to expand domestically and internationally depending on development phase, which might affect work location. - Q6. When can I can start?
- Starting date will be decided based on candidate's current employment situation.
Generally, candidate will receive job offer from PD Aerospace, declare resignation to current employer, and start 1 or 2 months after declaring resignation.
(Some candidates do early start using leftover paid leave)
